The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia has published a ranking on media activity among Russian universities as of December 2023. South Ural State University has improved its standing by 10 positions and has taken the 11th place in the overall ranking.
As of December 2023, the best indicators (+22 positions in the ranking) SUSU demonstrated in the "Social Media" category, where our university took the 8th place among other Russian universities. Our university's website, as of December 2023, remained in the Top 10, having taken the 7th place in the ranking (+2 positions).
M-RATE is the only such official ranking of Russian universities. It is published every month and takes into account the information activity on the Internet, in mass media, social media and instant messengers among the universities under the Ministry of Education and Science.
The top positions in M-RATE are usually taken by the universities, which harmoniously develop their own media teams. Every month a team of analysts processes the indicators of universities, while monitoring that the ranking does not take into account any anomalies related to mechanical collection of the indicators.
